Trenze currently ships to all major cities and regions across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Al Ain

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high demand periods, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping on all orders over AED 199

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment status.


🚫 Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Trenze is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

📦 Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
